Registration for the 2023 Ohio Brownfields Conference, hosted by GOPC, will close Friday, April 14th, 2023. GOPC is excited to host Ohio’s first brownfields conference in nearly six years, to provide networking and educational learning opportunities to attendees. The 2023 Ohio Brownfields Conference will include an exhibitor hall for attendees to connect and network with remediation and redevelopment professionals, represented by nearly 40 organizations and agencies. Throughout the day, eight panel sessions will provide an opportunity for participants to learn and interact!
The conference will offer content in two-tracks: "Brownfields 101" for those new to the field, looking to learn more about brownfields and the assessment and remediation process & "Brownfields 201" for those with brownfields experience seeking panels with a slightly more technical focus. Continuing Education credits are available through the Ohio EPA’s Voluntary Action Professional Development (VAP-PDHU), the Ohio Supreme Court Continuing Legal Education (CLE), the Ohio Chapter of the American Planning Association (AICP CM), and the Ohio Economic Development Association’s Ohio Certified Economic Developer (OhioCED).
